Long Flame Power Gas Burners produce a long
luminous gas flame ideal to fill large primary or secondary chambers. In
the primary chamber, this gives you automatic ignition of charge and
increased load capacity. In the secondary chamber, you get complete
consumption of gases, smoke, and odors.
Hot Flame Power Gas Burners are
for thermal disposal, after burner sections, fume
incineration, heat recovery systems and incinerator
upgrading. The IBS series "Smoke Abater" power gas
burners combine convenient installation features with
compliance to strict anti-pollution and fuel
conservation requirements. A high-RPM blower assembly
provides easier burning of diluted combustion products
and delivers a short, hot flame that concentrates
maximum heating in the smallest area, leading to
prolonged equipment life. |

Control System Options
G System—Automatic spark, electronic flame detection,
continual trial for pilot ignition.
Sequence of Operation: Controller circuit (timer, switch,
temperature sensor, etc.) energizes the system, the pilot gas
valve opens
and a high voltage arc ignites the pilot gas. Upon detection of
pilot flame, the main gas valve opens. For use with natural gas
only.
C System—Automatic spark, electronic flame detection, 12
second trial for pilot ignition, manual reset lockout timer.
Sequence of Operation: Controller circuit (timer, switch,
temperature sensor, etc. ) energizes the system, the pilot gas
valve opens
and a high voltage arc ignites the pilot gas. Upon detection of
pilot flame, the main gas valve opens. If pilot flame is not
detected within 12 seconds, the system shuts down and requires
manual reset. |
